G&G Event Design started the way a lot of great things do — with a little creativity and a lot of heart. When it came time to name the business, owner and lead coordinator Aimee Gaibler wanted something personal, something that felt like her. And what’s more personal than your own name? G&G was born.

With over 15 years of experience planning and coordinating weddings across Colorado, she’s built a reputation for being the calm in the chaos — the person who makes sure the flowers arrive on time, the timeline stays on track, and the bride gets to simply enjoy her day.

Her approach is warm and hands-on. She gets to know her couples, learns what matters most to them, and works tirelessly behind the scenes so the day feels effortless. She’s not just a coordinator — she’s your advocate, your problem-solver, and your biggest cheerleader on one of the most important days of your life.
